The staff were helpful and welcoming, and the location next to the metro station was perfect for reaching Tuyap convention center. The price for our stay in Istanbul was also good, and the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Breakfast was satisfactory and the air conditioning worked well.

The hotel's location is perfect for those attending the Tuyap convention center, as it is close by and offers a free shuttle service. the hotel is conveniently located near a metrobus station, making it easy to explore the city.
One downside of the hotel is that the bathroom could use better isolation from the bedroom, and the sink is obviously in need of repair.

During my stay at Livello Hotel, I was impressed by the exceptional cleanliness and the delicious breakfast provided. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and all spoke English fluently. The free shuttle to the exhibition complex was a convenient perk, and I appreciated the free bottle of water in the room.
