The staff were helpful and cute, and the location next to the metro station was perfect for reaching Tuyap convention center. The price for our stay in Istanbul was also good, and the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Breakfast was satisfactory and the air conditioning worked well.

The hotel's location is perfect for those attending the Tuyap convention center, as it is close by and offers a free shuttle service. the hotel is conveniently located near a metrobus station, making it easy to explore the city.
One downside of the hotel is that the bathroom could use better isolation from the bedroom, and the sink is obviously in need of repair.

The hotel staff were helpful and all spoke English fluently. The free shuttle to the exhibition complex was a convenient perk, and I appreciated the free bottle of water in the room. The availability of coffee and tea, as well as the provided toiletries, added to the overall comfort of my stay. I had a positive experience and would recommend Livello Hotel to others.
